I I noticed a personal loan that was for {$700.00} was listed on my credit as included in Bankruptcy when that was not the case. In fact the loan was paid in full, and the Credit Union as well as the Credit Agency was notified and given proof of payments showing dates and running log of amount owed with each payment that was supplied to me from the Credit Union. They however only changed the status from included in bankruptcy to Includeded in bankruptcy/never late. This account was not included in my bankruptcy and and was in fact paid in full. I communicated this with the credit union once the loan was paid in full and once the bankruptcy was complete. My attorney advised that the credit union was not supposed to be pulling the payments for the loan if they were including the loan in bankruptcy and if they were then all monies needed to be refunded. Nothing came of this after several emails with the Credit Union.
