To Whom it may concern, Since XXXX, I have made numerous attempts to try selling my home ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX., XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX ), but failed due to a lien Wells Fargo placed on my home. In XXXX, I received a home loan along with a HELOC loan through Wells Fargo Bank. Unfortunately, due to some financial hardship I filed for bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX, assuming my HELOC loan would be cleared along with my other debts. I then realized the HELOC loan was not cleared with my bankruptcy when I tried to sell the house in XXXX. I was told by a title company that Wells Fargo put a HELOC lien on the house. I then immediately made numerous attempts to ask Wells Fargo what I needed to do for them to call the state recording office for a lien removal. Wells Fargo shut me down and told us they will not help with this case. Their reason was my HELOC loan was sold to another loan company, and I will need to clear with them. So, I hired a legal advisor. My lawyer followed the paper trail and found out the servicing company that bought the loan is no longer in business. The title company attempted to remove the lien using their contacts and resources, but was not successful. Since the loan was bought from a servicing company, instead of a bank, FDIC can not help me to remove the lien. At this point, I have exhausted all my resources and my funds to resolve this problem. I am tired, frustrated, and saddened by how everyone especially Wells Fargo could not help with what I feel is a simple case. All Wells Fargo need to do is call the recording office and clear my lien. Thank you, Sincerely,
