On XX/XX/2017 date I former boyfriend XXXX XXXX and I purchased a vehicle through Ally financial. As our relationship separated I took my XXXX to court for XXXX matters. While we were in court, I asked the judge to force XXXX to remove my name from the loan as XXXX has been deliberately making late payments in an effort to destroy my credit, and the judge granted a court order XXXX attached ) for XXXX XXXX to keep possession of the vehicle and remove my name from the loan, title and registration. XXXX XXXX has violated a court order and continues to destroy my credit through making late payments, which is another violation of his court order considered indirect harassment. Ally financial has ignored my requests on several temps to rectify this situation and continues to report XXXX XXXX derogatory late payments on my credit report, even though a court order is in place. I have written letters explaining the situation and they go ignored and the only number I can contact Ally Financial through is the collections department and nothing is getting achieved.
