I have two collections on my account, one is for XXXX $ an the other is for XXXX , both collections Ive tried to dispute as well as Ive tried contacting the office about the collections on my credit and they were extremely rude, couldnt answer any questions and they eventually hung up on me. I tried to dispute these around the end of XXXX. I have no clue nor knowledge of every going any where near or talking to anyone from a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Id like to have them removed as soon as possible.
