I looked on my credit report and noticed that there is alleged debt that hasnt been validated placed on my credit report.. I do not owe any debt and this alleged debt is being advertised on my credit report to force me to pay this alleged debt. This debt collector is civilly and criminally in violation of the FDCPA laws. I have attached documents in hope to get this issue resolved or i will be seeking litigation.
