XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I acquired a lease with XXXX XXXX XXXX for 36 months. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid the lease in full. I received the title in the mail. On my credit report it stated my account was paid in full and closed effective XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert for a negative factor on my credit report for {$46.00}. I never received any letter concerning this balance. But this was put on a closed account on my credit report that is now open again. This has drop my credit score a XXXX points. I have tried contacting them about this matter and nothing has been resolved.
