XX/XX/XXXX my father passed away unexpectedly. As of today XX/XX/XXXX my sister and I as co trustees still have no access to his Wells Fargo accounts. Numerous botched attempts by several branches have resulted in thousands of dollars out of my sisters and my bank accounts to pay bills. Further several sources of income and auto deposits have been stopped. Late fees, demand notices and penalties have accrued. How long can it really take to add surviving children who are co- trustees to 5 accounts that were already in the trust? All docs required several times. Most importantly though there is no possible way to escalate and get resolution. Grieving surviving children have been ignored, tossed to different people, sent back to branches during COVID, and generally left to spend hours trying to resolve. Never experienced anything like this in my life.
