This complaint is regarding my credit card account with Avant Card ending XXXX has a credit limit of {$500.00} with a current available balance of {$380.00} with a APR of 25.99 %. I have never missed a payment with Avant card ive always been excellent with them and overpaying. Currently they have my card locked and have had it locked since XX/XX/2021. I submitted a dispute on a charge in XXXX for a charge at the time that stated authorized charge pending for {$290.00}, they submitted my claim to fraud they shut down my card sent me a new one. After that point a week later the charges name appeared " XXXX '' I called avant and they informed me that I could call XXXX the representative gave me the number and told me if they do it will take 10 business days. I call XXXX they informed me it was something with a XXXX XXXX XXXX in New York & that no dispute had been submitted but once my credit does submit it, they will send in everything to prove I did not rent a vehicle nor picked up a vehicle with a XXXX XXXX XXXX in NY. I also informed them I am in Florida how would I be renting a car in New York and they could see all my purchases at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, my XXXX purchases. I received a call from someone name XXXX from fraud saying my case was being transferred to the dispute center and, it would be assigned to a rep named XXXX and gave me his phone number. On XX/XX/2021 Avant card closed the dispute and posted the funds into the card in the amount of {$290.00}. I went to use my card and it was declined so I call them and they inform me that my card is locked. No one can give me reason why or I have spoken to over 7 managers in XXXX alone. I received a phone call on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX from a manager named XXXX after pleading with a rep to please have a manager call me because they stated their was no managers available to take my call. She informed me in the next 2 business days my card would be guaranteed to be unlocked " perfect '' I replied. We are now on XX/XX/2021 and my card is still locked I tried doing a purchase and again declined at this point I do not know what is going on and I am not getting correct answers from anyone in that company. Please help me correct this issue with this company it has been well more than allotted time that is mandated. I have attached 5 pictures from the beginning of when it happened then, when they posted the funds back on the account and, then the following of them having the card locked. I did include payments and still outgoing payment promised to them on autopay without me even be able to use my card. You will also find the incoming call from the rep XXXX.
