I received an alert that an collection account was added to my credit report for XXXX XXXX XXXX via Conserve on XX/XX/2021. I called XXXX and told them I never received any correspondents about owing this debt and made a full payment. The lady told me they would call conserve and have the debt removed. Today XX/XX/2021 conserve is still reporting it as an unpaid collection account so I called conserve and told them this debt was paid and that I didnt receive anything from them or XXXX and this debt needs to be remove from my credit report and they refused.
