On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I called to have a new card sent to me from my credit card company Capitol One.They sent a card to the wrong address which was my old one.Which someone stole from the mailbox which was one of the reasons I moved from there because my mail was getting stolen. This is a {$500.00} limit credit card. Somehow these people were able to pull over {$1000.00} out of my bank account through my credit card I do not know how. But they got my bank information so Capital One paid my bank a payment of 800 and some odd dollars. They were supposed to also load my credit card. Well someone kept ordering a card over and over again every time I would order one they would. So I finally told Capital One to close my account and I would go ahead and pay them off I paid them down to where I only owed {$170.00}. Well I gave it a couple weeks I just called them yesterday and they said I called in on XX/XX/XXXX and reopen my account had a card expedited to me and have had money pulled off my card I told them that was not me. They would not lock my card in any way shape or form so nobody could get it except for me. They would not tell me exactly how this person was giving information to them and this is Capital One a big company I was shocked because they kept putting money on my account. It was just a huge mess and has been and somebody is still messing with the account right now they won't do anything about it I don't know what to do. They keep locking me out of the app so I can't send you guys screenshots. Anytime I call they tell me that they are putting me through to a supervisor and I have been hung up on and I have been told I'm talking to supervisor but then after a short conversation then told that the person was not the supervisor and they were going to get the supervisor it has been crazy.I got to the part where u asked for the card number the THIEF 'S keep ordering new cards i have no card if u call and ask for my account by name they will say i font have one but here is my social XXXX youll need it.
