Lending Club never reports accurate information. The balance is only updated every couple of months. Then when they do it is always incorrect. I called Lending Club and asked for the correct balance to be updated. No help. I asked for a supervisor. After being disconnected 3 and being told to call back due to system issues I was transferred to a supervisor who supposedly sent the request out. A couple of days later I received an email telling me nothing would be done. Through the whole process there was no willingness to send the correct balance to all 3 credit reporting agencies. Right now I have a {$0.00} balance. I paid off the loan!
