The debt was with Capital One to which I was contracted to pay the credit card bill. The account was a secured account, to which my line of credit matched my deposit. I deposited {$300.00} to the account, which would cover the account if charged off. I have disputed this debt with XXXX on several occasions, due to the fact I do not have an agreement with their company to pay any funds to them. They have refused to send any signed contracts and only provide a bill that does not list the full details of the account. A representative was contacted on XXXX, to which I was advised an amount lesser than the full deposit amount was applied back in XXXX. I have requested this information multiple times as I may pursue legal action against the company. To date, no signed contracts or a complete breakdown of how this balance originated has been sent.
