On XX/XX/XXXX I sent this company a debt validation certified letter by USPS with a tracking number of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the company responded and said they would cease collection efforts until they are able to validate this debt because they could not do so at that time. It has been over 30 days and I have yet to hear from this company to validate the debt they say I owe so I sent a follow up letter, still no response. On XX/XX/XXXX well over the required 30 days I opened a complaint with the XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX the company responded with the same generic response that they cant validate and would cease collection efforts until they can. I put a dispute in with the credit reporting agencies and this company continues to verify the account reporting is accurate and continues to update a balance. They have not stopped collection efforts by doing this. Here we are on XX/XX/XXXX and this company still on my credit reports without properly validating this debt is mine and I exhausted my options with them. In the state of Texas if a company can not validate within 30 days they must remove this. Ive asked them to immediately delete this account off all my report is as they are violating my rights.
