My federally protected consumers rights were violated because Experian furnished false information without my written consent. I never gave Experian any written instructions to furnish anything on my consumers report. No consent is Identity Theft and infringement on my consumers right to privacy. Based off Experian violating my consumers rights, I am unable to apply for any Consumer credit for my XXXX as well as my XXXX. These violations are hindering me from purchasing a mortgage and vehicle for my family. Furthermore, I have been humiliated as well as dealing with XXXX and stress because of these results. Experian is in violation of 15 USC 1681b. ( a ) ( 2 ) which state : XXXX a ) In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Experian is in violation of 15 USC 168XXXX.
