My account got paid in full and because of COVID I was initially having a hard time. Every time I would call BMW they would tell me not to worry nothing will get reported to my credit bureau. I always checked with different representatives regarding this issue. After I paid my entire balance off BMW decided to report to CRA that I was late. This is misleading information and this should have never been reported to the bureau because I have always been on time. As of XXXX it is reporting 90 days past due. I paid the balance off spoke to representative and they advised not to worry
