American Honda Financial Corporation handles the financing for a vehicle and a motorcycle in our household. The motorcycle was a new addition and when we began making payments, we added a new bank account for the Honda payment with the intention of paying for the vehicles out of separate accounts. Both payments for the vehicles were made online, using separate bank accounts. An email was received showing we made a change to the bank account information on XX/XX/21, yet when the payment was made for the Honda no confirmation email was received for the payment and it did not show up in " pending '' payments online. We waited several days to see if the payment would clear, then received an NSF from Honda saying the payment was returned - because Honda processed it through the wrong account. The payment was then made again online, using the newly input bank account and once again, no email was received showing confirmation of the payment and the payment did not show up online as " pending ''. To date the payment still has not processed and Honda continues to show the account as delinquent despite my stellar payment history and attempts to make the payment multiple times. A call to customer service yielded no assistance as the person didn't seem to understand what had happened.
