Starting XX/XX/XXXX Community Loan Serving started charging me an additional {$55.00} monthly. They know I'm on a Forbearance and am struggling. I called about this additional charge and was told by a rep it was for a late fee. I told the rep I was not late. The Rep. instructed me that the only way to get it removed and/or get reimbursed was to contact customer service in writing and wait for 30 days for a response. I contact customer service in writing, and waited the 30 plus days ... .and then was told it was not a late charge it was property inspection fees and they will not reimburse me. That was fine except now, every single month since XX/XX/XXXX until now XX/XX/XXXX the charge remains on my bill for me to pay monthly, and I am forced to pay it, the amount is always {$55.00} dollars and not related to the normal mortgage amount. And no matter what I pay my account goes into suspense. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter stating that an Audit was issued and I have been indeed over paying and they are going to reimburse me. With this letter was no check or the amount that was due to me for the over payments. I called and spoke to a rep which told me she will issue me a {$55.00} check but the remainder of what is owed to me I'll have to fight for it by contacting customer service and waiting for 30 days to hear from them. I instead am writing you in hopes you can help me. As I am absolutely confused and exhausted with dealing with this lender for many inconsistencies. Meaning, this is not the only problem I am encountering with Community Loan Servicing LLC.
