XXXX XXXX company put a force insurance policy on our building. The fire was on XX/XX/2020 and they will not response to us, pay for the damages, give us a point person to handle this situation, will not cooperate with us and title company to remove a cloud on title, will not give us a copy of the force insurance policy. Insurance company will not talk to us stating we are a third party. See attached letters.
