XXXX XXXX is hired by the three major credit bureaus XXXX XXXX and Equifax. My credit profile should mimic all accounts with all three credit bureaus. All my accounts are the same, current and all should be updated. XXXX XXXX continually refused to update both XXXX and Equifax thus keeping my score at a low status monthly continuously For example XXXX mbfs is update but Equifax mfbs is not and its the same account. ARE THE CREDITOR AWARE OF THE FRAUDULENT REPORTING MONTHLY. CREDITORS CREDIT REPORT AGENCIES LIKE CREDIT KARMA MUST BE ACCOUNTABLE. This practice appears to be designed to keep my score from improving. It's discriminatory and disparate treatment to update is wrong and frankly illegal and credit karma must stiop this action and be accountable. My XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX account is the same it should not be treated with a different status because the two companies are different. Both have a positive and current status and should be updated positive. XXXX XXXX promting a lie they do not act on good intentions at least for me because this is evert month. This updating one credit bureau and holding back another is unfair. If the same accounts got like mfbs got 14 points on XXXX then the Equifax mfbs same account should have 14 points. XXXX XXXX representative every credit bureaus is different and that's why they don't get the same points but it's the same e account. The practice is fraudulently designed to not increase my score because this has been going on for years. As a person of color this practice will hender and tarnish chances of getting ahead financially because XXXX XXXX is saying my XXXX or XXXX XXXX on one uses is good but not on the other when both are on the same credit bureaus ie XXXX and Equifax. I THIS IS MY 3RD ATTEMPT WITH XXXX XXXX TO CORRECT MY REPORTING. This complaint is the last attempt to remedy this illegal practice. I will seek legal counsel if this is not corrected.
