Consumer Narrative

I have contacted the 3 bureaus and disputed 2 bad accounts on multiple occasions : The first account Ill explain is XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX being the original creditor. This was paid in full in XX/XX/XXXX and is still reflecting on my credit report. I called XXXX and obtained a letter of proof ( attached ) and disputed it again on XXXX XXXX as advised from the XXXX representatives on XX/XX/XXXX as well. This account keeps accruing fees and is hurting my credit score. Is there a way to backdate this to the date paid and recalculate my score? The next account is through XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX being the original. I was recently able to effectively dispute with XXXX, so please know that this account doesnt relate to them any longer. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was moving out from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX wi XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX and a door to door sales rep stopped at my house to sell XXXX XXXX to me. I explained to him that I used to work for XXXX and I know how this all works and if he can get the XXXX XXXX XXXX address to run XXXX, that I would probably do it for him to get a sale. Then we had a big storm and it cut power and trees were down, it was a devastating emergency ... after the storm passed I came to the XXXX XXXX XXXX address to finish moving and the door to door rep left me his card slid in my door jam. I was living and dealing with the storm, so I never called him. Several months after moving, I got a notice on my XXXX XXXX app that I have a new collections account for {$98.00} through XXXX and looked more into it to find that it was XXXX. I disputed it through XXXX XXXX unsuccessfully. Life took over so a few months later I disputed it again and moved again to my current address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Wisconsin XXXX. I recently got sick it these accounts hurting my report so I called XXXX directly on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with many representatives repeating the story over and over, asking if theres a fraud department I could speak with, and they even struggled to find any account of mine ... they kept asking for an account number and I explained again and again that I never authorized the account and that I never got a bill or a notice or even a letter from the collections agency so I dont have an account number. Through my SSN is how they found the account and even with my verifying over the phone, they wouldnt give me an account number to reference, I had to give my SSN to every single rep I was transferred to. Since the account was too old ( XXXX ) and sent to collections, none of the reps ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) could get any information like notes or anything on the account. I asked if they could prove that I authorized the account with something that I signed for ( like a cable box or modem ) which I know is policy from when I worked there and was told no. I asked them if they could just credit the account to bring it to {$0.00} so I can get it off my report, they still said no. When I was speaking to XXXX, she opened a ticket ( XXXX ) to see if they can fix this. After that, I escalated to a supervisor XXXX who apparently can see what no one else there can. I spoke with him and told the story and his response was : well theres nothing here telling me that this isnt your account, so Im closing this ticket and you can contact the fraud department. I was shocked, I asked the 3 other people I spoke with if I can speak with fraud and was told they done have a department they could transfer me to. XXXX said there isnt a phone number, only a website XXXX I hung up after 3 hours on the phone with them and re-disputed the account. I would like this to be addressed, and appreciate your assistance.
