I am on SSDI fixed income i am XXXX looking for a place to live. I had a secured CC $ XXXX limited.i used it to build my credit after transunion erased my history because I tried to change my address to correct after giving all kinds of proof they said ok but now you have no history so I spent around $ XXXX building got it to XXXX well I am looking into home purchase I needed the $ XXXX secured to CC with XXXX I will get a new card unsecured use the money for down payment. As soon as I paid off CC closed it to get different card put XXXX in savings. I have know debts. But transunion dropped my score 68 points putting me from good XXXX to a borderline poor/fair for paying off card. Now I can't get the new card and no chance of buying anything not only that but they erased my XXXX years of perfect payment so I have no chance of doing any of my plans to find a place to live they screwed me royally just like wen I asked them to use correct address they erased everything. The first time I had financed a truck and motorcycle but they erased that that history was 10 yrs at least. They still won't change my phone num, not wat they have on file. BECAUSE I PAID OFF MY ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE A HOME THEY DROPPED MY SCORE 68 POINTS ERASED MY PERFECT 11/2 YRS OF PAYMENT HISTORY. LEAVING ME W POOR CREDIT AND NO HISTORY THEY WOULD RATHER ME LEAVE $ XXXX ON CARD PUT IT IN A DRAWER RATHER THAN USE IT TO BY A HOME I CANT AFFORD TO LEAVE $ XXXX SITTING IN A DRAWER TO MAKE THEM HAPPY. Now I have no chance of purchasing home can't get new card because now it has to be secured again I need that cash to live on I am basically screwed no home no CC all because I paid off my card. I am so mad I am looking into an attorney to file a law suit. Who governs these co. That who I need to talk to.they also kept derogatory info on account for 3 yrs after equifax removed transunion finally cleared after 3 disputes messing w my credit that whole time keeping me low points. I am out for blood I will do wat it takes file wat ever I have to testify in court they are screwing up my well being especially during covid I have been working on this for 5 yrs and gone in one day all the money I spent to get my XXXX just to purchase a home all history now thanks to trans union. I will be working up corporate ladder someone will eventually listen starting with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX offices. If you have any leverage I thank you like to settle out of court but I am in for the long haul someone needs to make an example for others I know I am not the only one. And to do during Covid that takes a real dirt bag of a co. To do that EXTREMELY XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
