I disputed a negative account with Experian. The creditor is with XXXX XXXX and they havent resolved my dispute internally, yet Experian has said there is an update to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. Experian continues to report false information. Experian continues to violate my rights to receive due diligence from my creditor that I have an dispute with. Experian should not be able to update an account unless the credit answers for them to do so. Experian is the only company that practices this way. In this climate Experian needs to be more transparent with how and whom they decide to update in 15 days. XXXX XXXX is still investigating so why did Experian make a decision against me. I feel violated and I know somewhere down the line Experian tactics will be exposed.
