I have been checking my credit reports and noticed negative accounts being reported. I have written letters via certified mail to the company asking for the company to please verify the account they are reporting is actually mine since I have no knowledge of these accounts. Per Fair Credit Reporting act the company has 30 calendar days from the time the letters are received to verify the account and send me proof. They did not do this. They also must report to the bureaus they are reporting to that the accounts in question have been disputed. They also did not do this. That is a major infringement on my rights and they have broken federal laws. I have time stamped documents of all communication with this company. I have informed these companies of the laws they have broken and asked them to remove the negative accounts they are reporting and they have refused to do so.
