I have called numerous times in regard to my credit profile with Experian. In my attempt to purchase a car from XXXX I was sent the wrong scores which gave me a huge interest rate. I decided to login to Experian only to see that the issue I tried to resolve is still there. My account is being hack and information being changed. Everytime I updated someone has access to change it again. My email is wrong, my address is was wrong and my name is NOT XXXX XXXX XXXX. My credit score gave me a 20.99 % interest on a loan. I also see I can't dispute anything on their site. There is a random company who recently added a collections account to my credit profile. XXXX has already removed this fraudulent reporting but Experian will not givee the option to dispute. I have 7 days to resolve this so an update with my interest rate with XXXX can happen. I have a XXXX XXXX child that requires this car and I definitely can't afford the extra interest because of this scam. I do want my car but they should pay the extra interest if it can't be resolved in a timely fashion. The are letting this man destroy my life and doing absolutely nothing to resolve it. Everytime I call I'm lead around in circles with no results. I don't deserve this.
