On XX/XX/XXXX pusurant to Arvest Central Mortgage 's request to my last complaint, I provided dates and statements showing my credit effected by the erroneous reporting by Arvest on XX/XX/XXXX of my account in foreclosure when in fact it was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX. Also Arvest threatened to charge me more on XX/XX/XXXX when there was already a payoff letter through XX/XX/XXXX and i was told not to pay it as the closing closing was in a few days. They reported the XXXX payment as late and charge a late fee. I provided the closing statement / payoff letter and they chose to ignore that and all the information provided to include numbers 1-19 with back up documents. These show that two major accounts were closed due to the XX/XX/XXXX credit reporting error. Also two accounts lowered my credit limits due to the XXXX/XXXX/XXXX error in reporting to the credit agencies. Arvets requested dates and I gave them more than enough. The only response I received was that the corrected the error on XX/XX/XXXX almost XXXXhree months later. This is not sufficient and they stated that their prior response was not changed despite the new documentation showing that they effected my credit limits and scores to my detriment and provided no assistance to me and my family. This is humiliating and embarrassing as well as not a proper response to the problems they caused.
