Since opening my XXXX XXXX account and making gift purchases they have put a restriction on my account. Every day for the past month I have sent the requested documents to XXXX XXXX Card and they keep advising me that they cant verify my information. I last spoke with XXXX rep ID XXXX and when I suggested that I mail the documents she kept going around in circles stating that they cant verify my information. I am currently enclosing the information XXXX XXXX Card is requesting in this report.
