I changed financial servicing companies as BSI Financial Services lousy service was an issue i moved my account for my home to another institution, my BSI loan was paid in full and confirmed. Yet BSI has and is withholding mu refunds as they have again and again overcharged me now owing me over {$620.00} i asked when and why they are holding MY MONEY, the answer was " Yes he got the wired funds and they cleared the banks, but BSI has a " Reputation '' of keeping large sums of monies from people like your self to make more on % until we are forced to refund funds to those we owe '' I find this reprehensible, illegal and demand my over-payment funds be returned to me ASAP
