I have tried to freeze my Experian account multiple times but the site is always unavailable to me. As a result, I have not been able to open an Experian account for years. I have been monitoring my Experian credit score using XXXX. I just saw on XXXX that Experian has an incorrect XXXX XXXX XXXX for me. I tried submitting a complaint to Experian and learned that an account ( which was not opened by me ) is open in Experian. In XXXX I used certified mail to send a full-file disclosure request to all 50 consumer reporting companies listed on the CFPB site. On XX/XX/XXXX, I used certified mail to send updated information to Experian, XXXX and XXXX This information included updating my phone number, because my XXXX fraud alerts were going to an incorrect phone number, and updating my mailing and residential address. I did not receive proper confirmation of my updates, or a full file disclosure, from Experian. DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST
