On the following dates I filed the following disputes with CFPB : XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX CFPB - you have allowed the credit bureaus to not act accordingly to my FCRA rights as a consumer. I have filed several complaints with you, which you've closed my complaint every single time. You have allowed the credit bureaus to use the stall method acting as if I was impersonating someone else which is XXXX. I am the original creditor per the FCRA and no debt can't be validated unless " I '' the consumer validate it. This has caused me stress, anxiety, loss of employment due to this public record on my credit report which is a violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ) states any bad debt furnished on my credit report is ruining my reputation. This defamation and emotional stress. I have been asking for a remedy and haven't received anything yet. My privacy is being violated continuously. Since you have been closing my accounts with no remedy and not holding the credit bureau accountable, if this issue is not resolved I will be seeking litigation on you. I am a California Consumer and I will refer you all to the district attorney office. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and XXXX. Removed this off my CREDIT NOW!
