We bought a new car from XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX NM on XX/XX/XXXX. We put down {$7000.00} on the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Rhe original price quoted on their website was alittle under {$20000.00}. But by the time we put the money down the total price for the car wasThe loan is in my husband and my name we were not told that the finance company ( Credit Acceptance ) charged us approximately {$7000.00} fee to finance both of us. When I called the car Dealer XXXX XXXX. No one could explain to me the reason for the finance charge. I was then hung up on. So we called credit Acceptance and they stated that the fee was between us ( my husband and myself ) and the car dealership. So we contacted the dealership again and tried to speak to the finance person and was told that he was to busy to take the call. We now have left messages with the dealership everyday since XX/XX/XXXX to which no one has called us back. We would like some resolution to this issue as we feel that we were bullied to sign papers and not given time to read the contract or anything. My husband and I are both over XXXX XXXX XXXX and really feel like the dealership stuck it to us. Also, none of the paperwork reflects the correct mileage on the car. We disputed that as well. Some papers say 10 miles and some say 1 mile.
