Basically someone stole my identity to get my credit card, The thief called in and cancelled my credit card as lost or stolen and requested a new credit card to another address that I don't even live or have lived. XXXX 's had called me ( for security reasons ) and told me someone was calling on my behalf I also remember exactly telling them that no one should have called on my behalf and I haven't called them and clearly told them to stop communicating with someone else or from another phone number then they continued working with the thief and he or she got my credit card since he or she cancelled mine and requested another one to another address, Also when I called XXXX 's and I wanted to check where they sent the new credit card to they told me that for security reasons they could not tell me that type of information all that I got was that it was to a XXXX XXXX address, The thing is that I have never lived on a XXXX XXXX address, Also they had a copy of an ID that started with a XXXX but my ID starts with an XXXX. I've tried everything to get this taken care of by trying from calls to disputes and complains and they're still supposedly proving this to be mine for some reason and not only does Radius Global Solutions ( the collection agency ) want to charge me {$2600.00} Dollars but they are also reflecting on my credit report and its affecting me on my credit report and score. If they do not take any further action and fix their mistake I will sue both companies.
