I always make my payment over the weekend during the week that usually the time the credit card is due. Last month I know for sure I had made a payment over the phone. I know I'm multiple occasions when I do the payments over the phone, a lot of times there might be problems. Or for some reason those payments could take so many days before it actually registers. I do not try to call the representatives, because sometimes it could take long on the phone before anybody answers. So everything is done through automated. Apparently last month when I made the payment it never went through. However I was not aware that that payment was not processed. Just a few days ago is when I got notified that the payment never went through which was Weeks later. However due to that action, they reported me late on my credit card. Which I have not been late on the credit card and the very long period of time. That affected my credit report which is affecting me from obtaining any credit. I was charged late fees, it's not my fault that there's some trouble at times with their phone system. So I'm looking to have those fees refunded I know they also do not want to negotiate with lowering my interest. So I'm also asking for help on that.
