Plainly I was Bold Faced Lied to about the terms and conditions of my loan agreement. The Interest rate first and most important! The amount that would be due each month and received only one phone call stating any concern about falling behind on my payment after calling to explain I'd be starting a new job as I was laid of during the pandemic and lost everything while struggling to eat. Without notice they repossessed my car, leaving me unable to get to the new job, walking 15 miles per day.If the country is pleading with Americans to get back to work then please explain how this helps the economy? Rules and regulations should be enforced when dealing with these companies which are designed to take an honest man 's assets from him and his family. Cutting of their primary means of transportation doesn't help anyone get to work, nor does that help our economy. I've put this situation in XXXX Almighty 's Hands and will leave it there. If their is anyone out there who could help me bring awareness to the hardworking family who may be thinking about getting a title loan, please I beg of you, help! Any way will help. This company Title Max should be shut down and the loans given like the loan given to me should be illegal ... Thanks from a seriously hurt hardworking man. XXXX XXXX XXXX
