Consumer Narrative

My debt has been repeatedly transferred to different servicers without any proof of accounting, proper accounting, proof of standing, and other supporting documents. The complaint recently filed against Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority ( Complaint No XXXX ) was the first time the servicer corresponded with me or my legal counsel regarding the debt. They responded saying they would cease collection notices based on " HESAA not providing a promissory note or other relevant documents ''. NJHESAA and FFELP have repeatedly failed to provide documents supporting the debt and their right to make demand.
