The complaint recently filed against Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority ( Complaint No XXXX ) was the first time the servicer corresponded with me or my legal counsel regarding the debt. They responded saying they would cease collection notices based on " HESAA not providing a promissory note or other relevant documents ''.
