Selene Finance is truly a criminal organization and should be closed down. I made TWO payments for XXXX and TWO payments for XX/XX/2021, 1 each to the previous servicer and 1 each to Selene Finance who for months has denied receiving the payment. Until this morning as I sent them written proof from the previous servicer. I have requested a payment history and escrow analysis. I was told : 1. request via email and you will get response in 5 business days 2. request via email and it will take 10 business days 3. it will take 30 days 4. it will take 30 business days Bottom line : I have paid off the loan of approximately {$170000.00}, except maybe {$2000.00} I need payment history, as Selene is not trustworthy XXXX Again, I can not pay this unless I have payment history. Once payment history is confirmed only then will I trust a payoff quote. The other big issue is that Selene Finance threatens to report to the credit reports if I do not make the XX/XX/2021 payment. Except the payment they request is double what I owe on this mortgage. They tell me this will not be solved for another 30 business days. Time is of the essence I will attach : -statement showing illegal late fee 16 days after mortgage transfer -email trail starting XX/XX/2021 -As well attached is payment history of PREVIOUS mortgage company showing funds they transferred to Selene. Whist as of today Selene was still denying it received
