I am continually locked out of my account with Equifax, I did have a paid account, called twice because I could not log in, they keep giving me error screen to call them, I call them, however they will not give me a reason WHY I can not log in and have to call them. so the last call about a month ago I said close my paid account, you refuse to let me access it. I try to log in today and same message, it is always with them, with no explanation. These companies control your quality of life and it seems they can do whatever they want? Not right!
