I refinanced my only loan with Mariner Finance last month and made my first payment on XX/XX/2021 on the new refinanced loan. I had the loan moved to the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and refinanced the loan so the terms are now 12 mo at {$740.00} mo. I have made the first payment. Yet none of the credit bureaus have updated this on any of my credit reports and they still show the old loan. I want all three bureaus XXXX XXXX and XXXX all three to update and close this old loan and add the new loan. They can contact Mariner Finance to take care of this it is their job to do so! Also XXXX website is again not allowing me to file disputes their website NEVER works they all three need to be shut down they are inept and unprofessional and do not keep our personal data secure either!!! It is the law that if I file a dispute with one bureau they are to update it with the others but they also are not doing this they are making the customer file disputes with all!! I want you to contact all three and Mariner to fix and then make them all three MAIL me paper copies of my corrected reports or I will sue them!!!
