This company kept renewing the loan instead of letting me pay off causing continuous financial hardship. When I asked for a payment plan so the payments would go towards payoff due to paying for so long they said I could gave one because I was not in default or collections. I defaulted on purpose due what was told to me so the drafts would stop and I hoped to get a payment plan. However, they would not work with me and have been unfairly reporting this as an active late account every single month which has caused me to be denied financing for a home. This is abusive and unfair!!
