On XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX " XXXX '' XXXX erroneously reported my loan still open with a payment due. I called them and they insisted I still owed them {$380000.00} plus an XXXX Payment. Both were untrue as I sold the home in XXXX and the Escrow and Title company paid them off in full per their payoff demand. I was never late, and I never missed a payment. I filed Dispute # XXXX with Experian against XXXX, even though XXXX showed me with perfect " exceptional '' credit on my XXXX credit report. Their response to Experian on Dispute # XXXX, completely erroneous said, ( i ) I had a past due payment, ( XXXX ) I was 60 days delinquent, and ( XXXX ) I settled my loan for less than the was legally owed. All of which were patently untrue. That resulted in my FICO score dropping XXXX points in one day after 49 years of perfect credit. I am a financial fiduciary and my job an career demand that I have perfect credit which they was now destroyed. I filed Dispute # 2 against XXXX with Experian, challenging all of their derogatory information and sent a comprehensive presentation to the XXXX legal department and executive offices ( see attached ) asking for proof of any of their allegations along with all of my proof of monthly payments and escrow payoff statement. Within 48 hours XXXX corrected my record and removed all of the derogatory information and my credit score on my FICO # XXXX Scorecard went back up XXXX points the next day. In fact, an XXXX supervisor called me after the second dispute to tell me they actually owed me money and apologized for their mistakes. Experian only removed the erroneous derogatory items from my FICO # 8 score card. While in the middle of the dispute Experian offered me a look at my other six FICO score cards if I paid them {$14.00} which I did. Come to find out that Experian did not take the derogatory items off of my ( i ) FICO XXXX Score # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Score Card # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Score # XXXX, ( XXXX ) FICO XXXX Score # XXXX ( v ) FICO XXXX Score Card # XXXX, and XXXX vi ) FICO Score # XXXX. This means that Experian is erroneously reporting my true credit record. Still showing a 60 day past due and other derogatory information which was cleared up as a mistake by XXXX I am now more than 20 hours into trying to find out how to get Experian to take the XXXX derogatory information off of my other 6 scorecards. If they just did what they did on my FICO Scorecard # XXXX to the rest of the other XXXX, the problem would go away. I have many hours into speaking with ( i ) Experian Membership, XXXX ii XXXX Experian Dispute Department, and XXXX iii ) MyFico. No one knows how to fix the problem. I even tried to get to FICO directly and there is no way for a consumer to get into FICO. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I struggled many times in my life to keep my credit perfect and now a simple mistake by one creditor is destroying my reputation and professional occupation as a credit fiduciary. I need your help getting someone at Experian or FICO to fix this. I haven't even looked at XXXX or XXXX yet. I hope others see this so that they know that there are six FICO score cards used by different types of lenders and fixing XXXX does not automatically fix all the others. I am certain most consumers are not aware of this fact. I tried to file a dispute against Experian, but you can't. The only option they give you is to dispute a creditor. I no longer have a dispute with a creditor. XXXX did their part in fixing the problem, now Experian and/or FICO needs to clear up the rest. There is no option to dispute Experian.
