I received a letter from an attorney office, a debt collector, regarding an account closed 15 years ago, an auto lease that was returned when the lease was terminated. CASE NO FILE XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. # XXXX XXXX Fl XXXX XXXX. A letter showing as a Subpoena Duces Tecum, I contacted this office to find out a little more about this own deb. The person I spoke with was vulgar and starting to treat never acknowledge that this was an attempt to collect a debt, and any information will be used again. Starting treating me that this was an old account for some services and because it is so old the original balance from {$300.00} is now over {$18000.00} and, they are going to do anything in their possible legal way to take things that I own treating to come to my house and take my stuff away. I explained that I currently own a car that now we are making payment on that car with Nissan Motor acceptance financial, and the account is in good status and is open. He started asking me for personal information about what I own in my name. When I refuse to provide that information, he treats me again by taking me to jail or court for a judgment. I told him I know the law and what he was saying was illegal. I requested no to be contacted since I'm no longer live at the address they sent this letter ; I also requested no to be contacted and advised that I will be filling this complaint
