I have had a debt collection company calling me incessantly for over a year. I spoke with someone named XXXX at the company and provided my check card info with the agreement they would deduct {$25.00} a month from my back account to pay my debt and asked that they never contact my job or my husband. Since then they never took a payment out as was agreed, they not only called me incessantly but my husband as well and last time they called they insinuated they were calling from my doctors office to attempt to get my husband who was at work at the time to get me on the phone and then called my employer after being asked to never call them. When I have spoken to them they have been nothing but rude.
