Hello, I made a purchase on the website XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/year>. I ordered the XXXX XXXX XXXX in size XXXX, XXXX XXXX and I used XXXX to pay for the purchase. I received the wrong style of shoes from the merchant. They sent me a ankle style of boots in XXXX XXXX. I emailed the merchant that I didnt receive the correct style and the merchant said to return the incorrect shoes to them by using their pre-paid USPS shipping label. I shipped back the shoes and received an email from the merchant saying he will not be refunding me for my order. I stated why I wouldnt receive a refund, if I sent back the incorrect shoes I received. The merchant used vulgar language towards me. I stopped engaging with the merchant and I reported the purchase to XXXX. I provided images of proof to XXXX of the incorrect shoes and labels used. XXXX informed me I am still responsible to pay for the shoes. I opened a case with Affirm for fraud, since the Merchant kept the shoes that I purchased and I didnt receive a refund. XXXX then proceeded to ignore my requests and sent to debt to third party collections.
