I do not recognize this account as being accurately reported and I dispute the completeness, accuracy, and validity of the information being furnished. BASIS OF DISPUTE 1. Inconsistent Reporting Across Credit Bureaus 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) This account is reported inconsistently between consumer reporting agencies. Examples include : Different account classifications ( Installment vs Other ) Different loan type descriptors Different terms reported ( XXXX vs XXXX ) Different reporting structures between bureaus An account can not be considered verified if materially different information is being reported across credit reporting agencies. These inconsistencies demonstrate a failure to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy. 2. Improper Account Classification The tradeline is being reported as : Installment account Collection attorney account Unknown loan type These classifications conflict with each other and fail to clearly identify the nature of the alleged obligation. Misclassification of an account type may mislead potential creditors reviewing the consumer file. 3. Incomplete Furnisher Identification The tradeline identifies the original creditor as XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is not a complete or standardized identification of the alleged creditor. Without proper identification and documentation, the reporting can not be considered fully verified. 4. Failure to Conduct Reasonable Reinvestigation 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) A lawful reinvestigation requires more than automated confirmation.
