This is a dispute for tailored suits in XXXX, XXXX. I attempted to cancel the service a couple hours after the purchases were made, but the merchant declined. The merchant was supposed to complete a 2nd fitting for the suits the following day, but did not. The merchant sent the merchandise, unfinished. Wells Fargo is declining to reopen my appeal as goods " Not as described. '' XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX I filed a dispute through Wells Fargo under " Cancelled service or merchandise '' as instructed by the Wells Fargo representative. At the time, this was the correct dispute type because I did not have the products on hand. The merchant was going to ship the products to XXXX XXXX, Nevada. XX/XX/XXXX - I received unfinished products from the merchant, 2 months late. The products do not fit because the merchant could not complete a second fitting. To add, this merchant has multiple reviews online as being fraudulent. XX/XX/XXXX - Wells Fargo advised me the merchant declined my dispute because they do not accept returns. I reached out to the merchant to attempt to return the unfinished products, they did not respond. XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX Wells Fargo filed a 2nd attempt on my behalf as " Cancelled service or merchandise. '' XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX I was advised by Wells Fargo they were denying my dispute because I received the products from the merchant and the merchant declined to refund. I communicated to the representative that this is not an issue of cancelled services anymore. I reinforced that the products were received but unfinished and not as described. Wells Fargo told me they will not be opening another dispute with XXXX because I started my dispute as " Cancelled Service. '' I communicated to the representative that the unfinished products is new evidence and a new dispute should be opened but Wells Fargo still declined. I voiced my frustration because the 2nd dispute should have been opened as Not as described.
