This is now the third time I have contacted your company regarding this alleged account. I REFUSE TO PAY THIS DEBT. Despite my prior correspondence, you have continued collection efforts without providing the documentation required under federal law. Provide a signed agreement or signed document evidencing the opening of this account. Further, provide OALD reflecting purchases, payments, or other actual use of the account by me. Provide OALD reflecting the original principal balance of the alleged debt, excluding post charge-off or post-judgment additions. If the balance currently claimed exceeds the post charge-off or post-judgment amount, provide a detailed accounting explaining how the amount was calculated and identify the contractual provision and legal authority authorizing such increases. I require a complete transactional history of the account from inception with the original creditor, including full monthly account statements. All original account-level documentation must be mailed directly to my address as listed in the header of this dispute. These documents must originate from the original creditor and not be reproduced solely on debt collector letterhead. Provide documentation reflecting the original contractual terms and conditions governing the account at the time it was opened, along with any amendments, revisions, or updated terms thereafter. Disclose the date of the last payment made to the original creditor. Confirm that you are not attempting to collect on a time-barred debt outside the applicable statute of limitations. You are prohibited from misrepresenting the legal status of a debt pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1692e ( 5 ).
