Consumer Narrative

I have been charged XXXX in late fees but I've never been late or missed a payment. PHH Mortgage refuses to add my payments to my monthly dues and instead adds them directly to principal then puts my account in delinquency and charges late fees. I submitted their form three times to try and setup bi-monthly payments, but the emails they provide are not current and have been closed. Then after I signed and submitted the form for the final time they recorded the incorrect amount to be taken out of my account.
