My dad took out a mortgage from Wells and Fargo XXXX paid off XXXX then a deed of trust in XXXX paid off on XXXX. Recently Ive found a huge marriage fraud going on involving XXXX and XXXX the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Making up a whole new mortgage stating the developers didnt loan it was a XXXX and the loan was also purchased money mortgage description of property now XXXX XXXX pg XXXX book XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX I totally illegal.. also steeling a trust. XXXX and XXXX have the original mortgage from XXXX and XXXX also confirmed legal description of property this must be reported and corrected even XXXX XXXX XXXX is in on this signing my father who passed in XX/XX/XXXX forging his signature.
