I am filing a formal complaint against Comenity Capital Bank regarding inaccurate billing, improper account adjustments, and failure to properly investigate disputed charges. This credit was issued following a refund related to airline tickets purchased through ASAP Tickets. However, in XX/XX/2025, Comenity Capital Bank reversed course and posted new charges totaling {$7700.00}, which appear to reintroduce the same previously refunded transactions. This resulted in a new balance of {$4500.00}, which I dispute entirely. I did not authorize any new charges in XXXX.
