I need to know if ECMC group should have refunded the student loan they garnished for XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX loan due to the Settlement judgment against school. They garnished my wage back in XXXX. At the time they also called people not related to me about my owed loan debt. They said they talked to my mother in law when in fact I found out they were leaving voicemail to my sisters mother in laws house. Which I dont even know how they got their number. Im not sure how legal that was to contact people Im not related to. https : XXXX
