My chime back account was charged for a account that doesnt belong to me, Ive spoken with chime bank and made it clear to them that I did not own that account and that my card was being fraudulently used. Chile did an investigation ( or so they claim ) and what I saw they never contacted the merchant to verify if the account was actually mine or not and was very rude and unprofessional in giving me the information for as to why they still charged me {$310.00} for an account that isnt mine. I was charged this on XXXX XXXX
